What's more is depressing than to get comments from your husband about your weight or extra flab on various parts of your body? I have been working with an advertising firm for many years and applauded for my presentations and skills to deal with the clients.

My boss had trusted me to achieve the targets on time. I won't say that my looks did never work for me. Not to flaunt it, but I was blessed with the figure which every female wants to get. Before my marriage, my husband and friends were in love with me completely. I was pretty, smart and good-looking.

My Story With Cellulite

My husband, George, has been with me for more than 10 years. He is a loving and caring husband with a golden heart. Like every couple, we do fight a lot but he is kind enough to understand my problems. I started gaining weight after my second child Keith was born. I become considerably bulky and lazy at the same time.

The responsibility of the children took most of my time that it was actually difficult for me to take out time to maintain my figure. From my personal experience, I must tell all females that this is one mistake we commit always knowingly or unknowingly. It did no good for me but I became a laughing material for everyone around me.

My Tips

Cellulite started to get accumulated on my thighs, back, stomach and all parts of body. It gave me sleepless nights and somewhere I was responsible for this situation. George had his party with friends and I wanted to take some time out from my depression, which no one knew about. I asked him if I should get ready. To my surprise, he refused it and asked me to stay back at home and keep watching television. He also told me that it is little embarrassing for him to take me along. I was not expecting this from him. I went into more depression, which I wanted to get rid of.

That night, I was alone in my room and cried my heart out. I rang up one of my best friends Clara, who is my childhood pal. It was the right decision to call her at that time. She gave me some tips and tricks to do naturally to get rid of stubborn cellulite, which I could easily do at home. I would really love to share those tips with you, which almost turned the table for me.

Exercise Regime

  • The experts say it right that it is not possible to achieve the desired body, which is free from cellulite, without performing right kind of exercises. Lunges, squads, cardio and weight training should be included in your daily life. Over a period of time, I noticed that these workouts were actually making me feel good from inside and outside.

Low Fat Diet

  • Cellulite can actually make you look ugly. Various parts of your body appear to be filled with unnecessary fats. You have to believe that your diet triggers the development of cellulite under your skin. It is strongly recommended to keep your diet low in fats.
  • You should refrain from eating junk food, spicy and oil based dishes. It will do nothing but contribute a lot in accumulating the cellulite on different parts of your body. I started to eat more salads, fruits and vegetables and I must say that I felt like I was so light and young like I was in my young age.

Regular Yoga

  • I perform Yoga twice a week, which significantly helped me gain my inner strength. It is also good to mediate on a regular basis because it removes all the bad thoughts from your mind. It helped me come out of the depression within a few days only. You must take out some time for performing Yoga and meditation if you want to maintain your energy levels.
  • It all happened to me six months back and by sticking to these tips, I got my life back. I did not complain my husband about anything because I can see his appreciation in his eyes. I don't have to ask him if he is going to take me out.
